Welcome to this 2-hour immersive pasta-making class & your final class of three, earning you a PASTA MASTER Certificate! Today, we’re diving into the world of unique and imaginative pasta shapes, so get ready to unleash your creativity. I’ll guide you through a series of traditional and inventive techniques, just like the Nonnas do in Italy. You’ll learn how to craft handmade pastas, using your hands and intuition to create one-of-a-kind shapes.
Once we’ve made our pastas, we’ll finish off the experience by preparing a fresh, aromatic basil pesto to complement your delicious creations. Followed by a PASTA MASTER certificate presentation and group picture! Waters and snacks will be provided. BYOB is welcome.
